In places like Kathmandu, Shigatse, and Lhasa, 3 standard hotels on Bed & Breakfast basis are reserved, whereas in rural areas, a traditional trek lodge/guest house on a twin sharing basis is reserved.
Luxurious rooms from 5 Star hotels are also made available on-demand in cities for an additional fee, however, such services are not available in isolated areas.
Meals
Breakfast will be served throughout our journey. You are expected to pay for your lunches and dinners in cities such as Kathmandu, Shigatse, and Lhasa. With the large variety of menus from all over the world, meal options in these cities can range from inexpensive to opulent.
In rural areas, breakfast will be served at the same location where you will spend the night. Dinner can be arranged similarly. Lunch will be eaten on the way to the next destination. Only basic meal options such as Tibetan bread, dal (lentil soup), bhat (rice), and tsampa porridge would be available in the remote areas.

Yes, you can rent a motorcycle of your choice that is suitable for this trip’s route. We do provide the riders with Royal Enfield 500 CC bikes throughout this trip.
And, you will be followed by a backup truck with technical supplies, oxygen, and a Tibetan guide, etc. We also will go on a test ride to determine if you can properly acclimate to the Tibetan plateau while riding the bike.

Altitude sickness is a common problem for visitors to high-altitude destinations, including Tibet. The highest point you will come across in this trip is at 5,630 meters at Drolma La Pass.
The chances of getting AMS are unpredictable. It's more important to know how to deal with altitude sickness than it is to be afraid of it. You may travel to Tibet with ease if you know how to avoid altitude sickness and how to deal with its symptoms.
The common symptoms are headaches, dizziness, nausea, lack of appetite, and lack of sleep. With enough rest, avoiding smoking, alcohol, and coffee, hard exercise, and plenty of water, you can quickly overcome this height hangover and travel in Tibet with no difficulties.
If the symptoms recur, simply inform your guide, get lots of rest, and drink plenty of water, and you should be OK. Severe altitude sickness can be fatal, therefore you should go to a lower elevation right away.
